  We will be performing a server restart on August 28, 2026, at 2:00 AM (UTC-4). The estimated maintenance duration is 120 minutes (please note that the actual timeframe may vary—be sure to check the in-game server status for the exact opening time). We kindly ask that you log out in advance to avoid any potential data loss.
  
  After the maintenance is complete, a total of Crystals ×100 will be distributed via a gift code. This includes 50 Crystals as the standard maintenance compensation, along with an additional 50 Crystals as a special token of gratitude for your continued patience and support during this period. Please remember to redeem it in-game.
  
  This server restart is primarily intended to improve overall gameplay performance and to launch the following events:

  As for the next major game update, we do not yet have a confirmed release date. However, we would like to share that our team is already working diligently on the new version. Given the substantial amount of content involved, internal testing is still ongoing. Once everything is ready, we will announce the details via an official notice as soon as possible.

When encountering issues, please email your login account details and a description of the problem to cs@bibbuyer.com. Except in exceptional circumstances, we will respond within 7 business days.
2.Account/Password Recovery:
①If you need to recover your account or password, please include the following in your request:
-Platform used (Android/Apple).
-Screenshots of recharge/purchase orders (Apple users must provide at least two order screenshots).
-Facebook UID/login account.
-If resetting a password, include your desired new password.

②For accounts without recharge records:
Provide as much account-related information as possible, such as:
-Account/password (if partially remembered).
-Mercenary Corps name.
-Character names and classes.
-Castle name.
-Reputation status.
(The more details provided, the higher the likelihood of successful recovery.)
3.Updated Announcements:
Follow our Facebook account for official announcements prior to each update.
